Employee Purchase Programme

Terms and Conditions (Effective March 2012)

 

Renaissance Limited (trading at YOOBEE) is pleased to offer an Employee Purchase Programme (EPP) to staff of approved enterprise customers. The following terms apply to this programme.

This EPP programme replaces any previous staff purchase programme made available on Apple products via Renaissance Limited. Renaissance reserves the right to amend the terms of this EPP programme at any time upon 14 days notice to affected customers.

The policy covers the following terms of engagement:
1. Product range and pricing
2. Shipping and freight costs
3. Definition of eligible participants

1. Product Range and Pricing.

Employees of approved companies will be able to purchase the following product from the following ranges for their own personal use. The full list of available products is available online and includes the following products:

• A large selection of complementary brands and products

For all eligable participants, we offer various discounts off the RRP price, on Apple and third party product. On occassion, some products may not be available for EPP participants at a discounted rate, or may not be available online for purchase. The Apple iPad and Apple iPhones are currently not included in this programme and are not eligible for a discount, but can be purchased from our Retail Stores directly - please see here for store details.

Products and pricing on the current YOOBEE Renaissance Ltd EPP website are subject to change without prior notice.

 

2. Shipping and Freight Costs

As we require a signature on all deliveries, we will be unable to ship goods to a PO Box or Private bag address. All deliveries are restricted to a New Zealand business or residential address.

For orders totaling $50.00 inc GST and over, you will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING anywhere in New Zealand.

For orders totaling $49.00 inc GST and under, freight costs will be $12.00 inc GST per order.

 

 

3. Definition of Eligible Participants

Companies approved to participate in this programme will be enterprise customers who have been approved by Renaissance in consultation with Apple Australia. Approval will be confirmed in writing.

Employees of approved companies will be eligible for the programme if they:

a. Are currently employed and use an approved email address with a valid domain associated with the organisation.
b. Purchase no more than one Mac CPU, and no more than two iPods per employee per year.
c. Purchase for personal use and retain the purchase for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.

 

4. EPP Order Processing

Orders for employees can be placed using the following procedure.

Employees from qualifying companies can register on the YOOBEE EPP website, (nz.shop.yoobee.com/epp) and order via this secure transactional website. Orders via our Retail Stores will not include an EPP discount.

Payment options will be via credit card, VISA or Mastercard only, or Internet banking.

If products or pricing change after we have invoiced an order, we cannot offer retrospective price protection on EPP orders.

 

5. Faulty Goods Policy

Apple-branded products that have a hardware fault identified within 10 days of purchase may be eligible for return as DOA (dead-on-arrival). More information is available from our Customer Support Team, but any DOA request must be lodged and processed within 10 days of purchase.

Any hardware fault not qualifying as DOA, or identified after the DOA period, will be referred to Apple’s Authorised Service Provider network. A list of YOOBEE Authorised Apple Service Providers is available here.
